Where does Espresso & Chai deliver to?

We deliver to any address in South Africa.

When and how does Espresso & Chai do deliveries?

We have partnered with Fastway Courier for all our deliveries. There is a tracking number for each order and delivery status can be checked on https://www.fastway.co.za/our-services/track-your-parcel. Deliveries take place on weekdays only. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 How long does delivery take?

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated, within one working day of receiving payment into our accounts. All our orders are dispatched from Cape Town. Depending on where you are based, delivery to main city centres takes between 2 – 5 working days. With remote areas deliveries can take up to 7 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

For deliveries in Cape Town, there will be a fee of R45. For deliveries to all other main city centres a fee of R75 will be charged. Regional/Outlying areas will incur a higher delivery fee of R110. The delivery options will be displayed during the check-out process. Should the incorrect option be chosen at check-out, we reserve the right to request the additional payment before releasing the goods.

What address do I need to provide?

We cannot deliver to a postal box and therefore require a physical address with as much detail as possible, including a contact phone number.

Can I collect my order in person?

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to pick up the order in person at the moment.

Does Espresso & Chai ship internationally?

No, we only deliver within South Africa.

Returns Policy:

Tea & Related Consumables

We aim to deliver teas of the highest quality. Should there be a quality issue with any tea product, we will be most happy to resolve that.

Exchanges

  • Incorrect orders should be reported to info@espressochai.com within 3 days of receipt of order
  • Should you wish to exchange any product/s, said product/s may be returned to us at your own cost within three (3) days of receipt of goods
  • Product/s must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Cost of courier or postage will be for your own account
  • No cash or electronic refunds will be given
  • Should we be unable to provide the desired product/s. We’ll offer an alternative product or a shopping voucher will be issued T’s and C’s apply.
